Come to the fairest and most comprehensive lead generation system on the Internet. Purchase fully verified leads matching your trade category and work territory and compete with a maximum of two other contractors.
You are not bound by mandatory bundles of leads to purchase or by monthly and advertising fees and you can rely on a fair refund policy for faulty leads. (See our membership and lead refund policies under Terms in our User Agreement.)
Consumers submit project information on-line through our Lead Submission Forms or through our Homeowner Hotline telephones. Contractors.com’s staff help answer any home-improvement questions.
Purchase your verified leads in one of two ways:
1. First-in-line - All leads that match your chosen criteria are automatically sent to you. Receive leads ahead of non-participating contractors!
2. On-demand - All leads that match your lead criteria are emailed to you as lead alerts. This program requires you to act quickly to get preferred leads.
Lead verification
We telephone all consumers who submit leads; if we can't talk to a homeowner and obtain valid information, we discard the lead.
A lead is 'Closed' once three contractors purchase it, or after the allotted time for the lead purchase expires. If a homeowner isn't happy with any of these three contractors, he or she can continually request more introductions.
You are provided with dashboards to track your lead purchases.
